Colorful Historical Malacca

Last weekend we were in Malacca. We were there for MGHS class of '89 reunion gathering in Holiday Inn Melaka. Yesiree folks, I'm from Melaka Girls High School in a boarding school, i'm there since form 2 till form 5.
Well after 23 years tak jumpa, beginilah rupanya. Sungguh-sungguh seronok dan 'havoc' Holiday Inn dibuatnya dengan gelak tawa we all.
I arrived Malacca around 12 noon, Mr. Hubby left me with my galfriends and he together with the kids joined my parents,dayn,dalia, Unc Rahman, Aunty Hani and arave for Assam Pedas lunch and some touristy activities in Historical Malacca.

Yes, we had so much fun and laughter. Everyone catching up with each other with loads of stories to tell, tak kurang juga some yang buat demo and giving out calling cards juga sesi marketing. The funniest would be Anum with her 'demo'. Anyway, only 20 of us managed to make the time for this gathering but it was a good turnout hopefully next year more will be able to make it. Thank you dollies for the fun that day and to those bearing gifts thank you very much! You know who you are!
Afterwards, i joined my family for the Malacca River Cruise! It is highly recommended to go at night.

We had our dinner at Equatorial Hotel cafe near Dataran Pahlawan. Makan and tengok football on the big screen. Lepas tu balik hotel to lalaland zzzzzz.
The next day after breakfast, me and mama went to Costa Spa for spa and massage treatment....bliss!
I had so much fun and activities with friends and family in Malacca. Jazakallah!

Pee Dee Again!

Last weekend, we spent it in Port Dickson. We stayed at Mr. Hubby's corporate holiday resort. I've blogged about this place before in my older posts. Can view it here. Anyway, hubby got invited to his friend's wedding in Malacca on Saturday, so off we went to Malacca and on the way back we decided to spend the weekend in PD. My sister Liza joined us in PD that evening.

Later that evening my sis and her family arrived. Perut dah lapar and we decided to have dinner at El Cactus Mexican Restaurant. They served delicious and super yummy food here. This place is just opposite Mayangsari Resort. It's just by the road side and if you are from Teluk Kemang it should be on your right. The restaurant is open only for dinner. They closed on Sunday and Monday though.

My super delicious spicy prawn pasta! Seriously sedap! Next time i nak try their seafood olio pasta with sundried tomatoes pulak! The prawns so fresh and fat!

The next day, hujan non-stop. So bergolek-golek je la kat resort, makan, tengok tv, makan dan ZZzzz. Later lepas lunch singgah Lukut beli this big hot bun!
Seriously besar! Cicah/celup dengan chicken curry and kopi 'o' for tea time!
We truly enjoyed our Pee Dee trip eventho...hari mendung and hujan the whole day! Weekend spent with family is truly worthwhile! Alhamdulillah.

Colorful iCity Shah Alam

It's been awhile since i last posted in my blog, yours truly been very busy...hehee. A few weeks ago we decided to visit iCity. We've been meaning to go there since my parents' house just a short drive away tapi tak pergi pergi...so near yet so far...kan?! FYI, iCity is situated near to Uitm Shah Alam's campus. Enjoy the photos!

So if you can't think of anywhere to go make yourself to iCity for camwhoring sessions! Just pay RM1 for parking that's all no entrance fee!...Sekarang musim bola so they have set up a big screen so you can watch world cup...dont forget to bring a mat for you to sit on the field ya!...owh food and drinks...no problem macam-macam ada jual kat sana!

Colorful Genting Highlands

This is long overdue post. We made a trip to Genting Highlands last February and stayed at Awana Genting Golf and Country Resort. We arrived around 2pm and check in at the resort. We decided to go to the theme park only the next day so we can make full use of the hotel facilities. So that evening everyone lepakking at swimming pool and surprisingly air dalam swimming pool tu warm you!...so tak lah sejuk sangat. The weather was superb...breezy and cooling!
The next day off we go to the theme park! Enjoy sakan the kids and the adults too!
